What would 21 days of proof look like for you?
A 21-day daily protocol that turns insight into evidence, small actions, tracked belief work, and a summary of exactly how far you moved.

You know what you need to do. So what's actually stopping you from doing it?
This isn't a five-minute exercise, it's a commitment. You set a goal, name the belief that's been getting in the way, and check in twice a day for three weeks. By Day 21, you're not guessing anymore. You've got proof of what moved you forward, and proof of what's still in the way.
You might recognise yourself here.
- You're ready to take action but haven't started moving yet
- You know exactly what you need to do, you're just not doing it
- You want accountability that doesn't depend on your next session
- You've already surfaced a belief (via the Alignment Method or Stories We Write) and now need to practise the new one
This is a commitment, not a sitting, roughly two hours total, spread across three weeks, twice a day.
Something tangible, in your own words.
Your 21-day proof summary: tasks done vs. missed, the beliefs that came up most, and who you were on Day 21 next to who you were on Day 0.

This tool works well on its own or as part of a self-guided programme. That said, working with a practitioner or facilitator such as Chris can help you get more from it, go deeper with what comes up, and create lasting change. If you would like that extra layer of support, you can always book a call to explore what that could look like.
